Tenders are invited for Design and construction of a falconry aviary
The subject of procurement is the services of design, execution of works, and obtaining permits (building permits, environmental permits, usage permits, temporary permits for waste management, etc., as defined in Book 3 - requirements of the client) for the project of constructing the regional waste management center "Orlovnjak", in accordance with the terms of the contract for facilities and design and construction for electrical and mechanical engineering structures and works according to the contractors projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999, Croatian translation published by the Croatian Association of Consultants, the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers, and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction published in 2014). The subject of the works also includes the commissioning of the facility, training of the clients staff, proving the required parameters during trial operation and during tests upon completion, including the implementation of technical inspections and the removal of hidden defects during the notification period of defects (DNP) of 24 months. The subject of procurement is detailed in Book 3 - requirements of the client and Book 4 - price list, which are integral parts of the procurement documentation. In Book 5 - foundations, there are foundations for design and drawings. Technical specifications (Book 3, Book 4, and Book 5) and other technical documentation are integral parts of this procurement documentation and are available to all bidders via the network drive, at the link https.
