Public competition:modernization of the primary school st. cyril and methodius, st. vlas in upi i, quarter 15 according to the plan of the town of sv. vlas, pi with identifier 11538.501.134, buildings with identifiers 11538.501.134.1, 11538.501.134.2 and 11538.501.134.3 according to kkkr of st. vlas, nessebar municipality the main goal of the project is the introduction of energy efficient measures. thermal insulation of the building includes: laying of heat-insulating material eps with a thickness of 12 cm and ?=0.037 w/mk and a finishing layer of mineral plaster on external enclosing walls; delivery and installation of a heat-insulating plate with a thickness of 120 mm ? = 0.037 w/mk laid on a ceiling plate delivery, installation and commissioning of a building automation and control system. construction of a new heating system based on the heat pump principle. replacement of lighting fixtures; installation of external joinery windows, pvc profile, double glazing 24 mm, ug=1.40 w/m2k; laying thermal insulation from xps 2 cm., ?=0.034 w/mk with a width of 20 cm. on the sides of the window frames. all premises are preserved without changing their purpose. during the repair work, the existing appearance of the facades will be completely preserved. in the graphic part, all the premises in which the replacement will be carried out are indicated existing vinyl flooring. in rooms with catwalks, the podiums will be removed and a flat floor made entirely of vinyl will remain.
