This tender seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for the shura council’s cloud based microsoft dynamics 365 finance & operations (d365 f&o) system. the scope covers unlimited technical support hours for existing modules—including finance, hr (staffdynamics), supply chain, and reporting—to ensure operational stability. key requirements include providing user requests support, defect management microsoft escalation, workflow configuration and training and the provision of an on-site technical support staff member
