Project management assistance for elevators and automatic doors
Subject of the contract: Technical assistance mission for monitoring the services and maintenance and repair contract for elevators, automatic garage doors (AGCs), automatic sliding gates, automatic barriers, pedestrian doors, motorized entrance hall doors, and various exterior gates and ancillary equipment for Var Habitat's housing stock. Framework agreement with purchase orders for a maximum amount of €720,000 excluding VAT and a duration of 4 years. The services, which will begin on July 1, 2026, are as follows: - Annual inspections (with or without continuous monitoring; e.g., for sheltered housing where only the annual inspection is ordered) - Continuous operational monitoring - Assistance in the event of new construction or renovation work - Assistance with the renewal of the maintenance contract - Ad hoc missions, such as expert assessments - Regulatory inspection of elevators. The successful bidder analyzes the bids submitted by the Office's elevator maintenance provider and monitors their execution. Consequently, he certifies that he has no connection with any bidder that would lead to a breach of the principle of equal treatment of candidates, and undertakes not to participate in the maintenance consultation. The contract consists, depending on the services provided, of a project management assistance and project management role. The list of installations appended to the consultation rules is indicative; the contracting authority may increase or decrease it by issuing purchase orders, depending on changes in the assets and needs. The details of the services to be performed are specified when the purchase orders are issued.
