Tenders are invited for Public order - Reduction of energy intensity of the SSR Novy Bydzov - SPV workshops Hlusice - construction work
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a reduction in the energy demand of the existing building of teaching workshops on land plot no. st. 1/10 in c.u. hlusice. the building has 3 above-ground floors. the ground plan dimensions of the reconstructed existing building are 18.7 m x 60.7 m, the height of the ridge of the building is 11.7 m. the reconstructed building will have new gas heat pumps with water heating, hvac with heat recovery, new led lighting and new pv panels will be placed on the roof. the implementation must correspond to the contracts with cez, must be in the shared energy regime and be fully compatible with the fve on the clients adjacent new building. the works will also include modification of the hup cabinet (extension with secondary measurement of gas consumption). the subject of the public contract is also the provision of means of mandatory publicity (commemorative plaque and billboard). the client warns the contractor of the obligation to comply with the dnsh requirements during construction, which are detailed in the contract for the work. the subject of the public contract is specified in detail in annex no. 1 - draft contract for the work. the subject of the public contract is also specified by the project documentation for the execution of the construction (dps), also referred to as the "project documentation" or "pd", which is annex no. 2 of the tender documentation, administrative decisions which form part of annex no. 2 of this tender documentation and the itemized list of works with a statement of measurements, which forms annex no. 3 of the tender documentation. project documentation (appendix no. 2 of the documentation) with an itemized list of works with a statement of measurements (appendix no. 3 of the tender documentation) were prepared by the company energy benefit center a.s., krenova 438/3, 162 00 prague 6, ico 29029210. when implementing the subject of performance, it is necessary to comply with all the conditions of the project documentation, and the requirements of the participants in the proceedings and the relevant state administration bodies will also be complied with. -------------------------------------------------- the inspection of the fulfillment site will take place on march 11, 2026 from 10:00 a.m., meeting at the fulfillment site hlusice 1. contact person ing. karel prucha, phone: 601091020, e-mail: sstrnb.kprucha@seznam.cz
