Tenders are invited for Sundby sports park new sports complex and outdoor areas total consulting
A total consulting tender with negotiation is being offered for the planning and execution of a new sports complex and outdoor areas. The task is an order from the Culture & Leisure Administration in the Municipality of Copenhagen, to Building Copenhagen, which is the municipalitys construction organization and handles the task on behalf of the administrations. The tender concerns total consulting in all phases from the initial proposal to and including the first-year inspection. The order includes the construction of a new sports complex consisting of two sports halls for multifunctional sports use, a movement hall, and an indoor tennis and padel hall, as well as associated support functions such as storage, changing rooms, meeting rooms, café kitchen, foyer, etc. Additionally, the order also includes upgrading the outdoor areas with the establishment of new outdoor tennis courts, pathways, as well as meeting places with seating options and outdoor fitness areas. Furthermore, the establishment of new bicycle parking spaces and parking spaces for cars is also included. The order also includes the demolition of the existing hall 3 to make way for the new hall complex.
