Tenders are invited for Delivery of hardware infrastructure for the needs of the Operating Theater and the Intensive Care Unit of the SPZOZ in Choszczno. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices and equipment for the operating theater and intensive care unit of the independent public health care facility in choszczno. the order is awarded in 22 parts, called packages by the ordering party: 1. laparoscope - 1 pc. 2. laparoscopic tools (set) - 1 set 3. generator - 1 pc. 4. operating table - 1 pc. 5. anesthesia device - 1 pc. 6. containers for surgical tools - 1 set. 7. infusion pumps, including: pumps for administering anesthetics - 4 pcs. infusion pumps (sets: 6 pumps, docking station and stand) - 4 sets. 8. diathermy - 1 pc. 9. x-ray machine with c-arm - 1 pc. 10. parathyroid visualization system - 1 pc. 11. surgical kit for skin removal - 1 set 12. cardiac monitor - 4 pcs. 13. defibrillator - 2 pcs. 14. intensive care beds - 4 pcs. 15. respirators - 4 pcs. 16. resuscitation trolley - 3 pcs. 17. video laryngoscope - 2 pcs. 18. ultrasound device - 1 pc. 19. hemodynamic measurement platform - 2 pcs. 20. bronchoscope - 1 pc. 21. dialysis machine - 2 pcs. 22. operating lamp - 1 pc. a detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in chapter xiv of the swz and annex no. 2 to the swz.
