Tenders are invited for Service for the removal and disposal and/or recovery of improperly disposed waste in a known location
The subject of procurement is the removal of improperly disposed waste and its disposal and/or recovery in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" No. 84/21, 142/23) and subordinate regulations, which includes loading, weighing, transportation, and disposal and/or recovery of waste. The offered subject of procurement must enable loading into vehicles (closed for waste disposal), weighing at the nearest location, transportation to the waste management location, and disposal and/or recovery in a total estimated (framework) quantity of 13,200.00 tons, in an exemplary and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act, the conditions and requirements from the procurement documentation, and the planned deadlines.
