Tenders are invited for Scope Change Additional Languages; 2026 Summer EBT; PIN Blocking
To provide callers with four additional language options on the intelligent voice response (IVR) system and ten additional language options on the mobile application and web portal.
Allow issuance of 2026 Summer EBT benefits to eligible school age children during the summer months when schools are closed.
Will modify the contract to allow FIS to block clients from using any of the twenty common PINs identified by OTDA and block clients from using a previously chosen PIN when changing their PIN.
