the Solanco School District, Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Will Receive Bids for Paving Work at Providence Elementary School, a Prevailing Wage Project. Bids Will Be Received Until April 15, 2026 at 3:00 P.m., Prevailing Time.
electronic Bid Documents May Be Secured By Bona-fide Bidders on Or After March 2, 2026 Through Pennbid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). All Bidders Are Required to Obtain Bid Documents Through the Electronic Pennbid Platform Or Their Bid Can Be Rejected. Bids Must Be Received Through Pennbid. Late Proposals Will Not Be Accepted Or Reviewed. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Or Bid Bond of a Surety Company Legally Authorized to Do Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in An Amount Equal to Ten (10%) of the Bid.
no Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date of the Actual Opening of Bids. Bids Will Be Reviewed on April 20, 2026 and Results Displayed in the Pennbid System. Solanco School District Reserves the Right to Reject Any Or All Bids, and to Accept Or Reject Any Parts Thereof, Or Items Therein, and to Waive Any Defects Or Irregularities in Bids and Bid Securities, and to Make the Award That is Determined to Be in the Best Interest of the District.
the Project is Subject to the Provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, P.l. 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts.
