Tenders are invited for Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v with the active ingredient ivermectin in the form of cre.
The gwq serviceplus ag intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v for the aforementioned active ingredient with a contract start date of april 1, 2026. all interested companies can join this contract at any time during the contract term under the same conditions (admission model). the gwq assumes that this procedure, due to a lack of selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access opportunity for all pharmaceutical companies, does not fall under the scope of cartel procurement law. the contract documents, the participating health insurance companies and their revenues, as well as the deadlines for reporting the contract, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of gwq serviceplus ag at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open for all market participants to join. if the signed contracts/declaration and evidence are received by march 10, 2026, an initial report can be realized on april 1, 2026. the following documents must be submitted: signed contract in duplicate; proof of pharmaceutical approval via an excerpt from the public part of the amice database; signed self-declaration (annex 3). list of the contract-related pzn (annex 4), self-declaration regarding the eu regulation (annex 5).
