The tender concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The University and University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam (HvA-UvA) require independent entrepreneurs for the operation of food stands, food trucks, vending, and providing banqueting (meeting service) at various campuses and locations and makes use of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for this.
