Tenders are invited for Regional hospital jicín - psychiatric pavilion - construction work
The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting of the proper execution of the construction (project) titled "Regional Hospital Jicín - Psychiatry Pavilion - Construction Work". The subject of the public contract includes demolition and construction work, related services, and supplies consisting of the realization of the construction according to the project documentation titled "Regional Hospital Jicín - Psychiatry Pavilion - Project Documentation" at the stage of documentation for the execution of the construction, processed by Kania a.s., Špálova 809, 702 00 Ostrava - Prívoz, chief designer Ing. Ondrej Fabián. This involves construction work consisting of the demolition of existing buildings and the realization of new three-story buildings connected by a staircase (healthcare operations), including two underground levels designated for parking and technology. Furthermore, complete infrastructure will be built and modified, such as roads, access roads, sewage (both stormwater and wastewater), water and gas connections, electrical and low-voltage distributions (including a transformer station and data networks), and outdoor lighting. The project also includes outdoor modifications, including landscaping with planting greenery, building green roofs, and an outdoor amphitheater. The subject of the work also includes construction modifications on the properties of third parties (hereinafter referred to as "affected properties"). All these works are specified in the project documentation, which is an annex to this procurement documentation. The contractor is obliged to carry out these works in full scope and quality according to the project documentation and is also obliged to discuss with the owners of the affected properties the specific method and schedule for carrying out the works before they commence, so as to enable their smooth execution while respecting the rights of the property owners. All costs associated with the execution of these works are included in the list of construction works, supplies, and services, including the bill of quantities.
