Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Backhoe
Republic of the Philippines MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL NAKAR Province of Quezon ? INVITATION TO BID Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Backhoe 1.The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon, through the _Approved SIP Ref. Code :8000-3-2-027-3-3 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Php 10, 000, 000.00being the approved budget for the contract to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Backhoe. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon now invites for bids for Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Backhoe. using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty 30days. Bidders /Suppliers should have completed, at least Thirty 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidders/suppliers is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/failed” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. iSelect the paragraph if conditions a, c, and d under Section 52. 4. 1.2 of the IRR do not exist:] Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights of privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. ii[Select this paragraph if condition a, c, or d under Section 52.4.1.2 of the IRR exists:] Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4.Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon and inspect the bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM, Monday - Friday. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on March 5, 2026 from the address given below Procurement Office, General Nakar, Quezon upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos Php 10, 000.00. Note: For lot procurement, the maximum fee for the Bidding Documents for each lot shall be based on the ABC, in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the GPPB; provided that the total fees for the Bidding Documents of all lots shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the Guidelines for the sum of the ABC of all lots} 6.Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before March 24, 2026 . Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1. 8. Bid opening shall be on 10:00am, March 24, 2026 at 4th Floor Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Brgy. Anoling, General Nakar, Quezon. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’ representative who choose to attend the activity. 9. The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of RA No. 12009, without incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders. 10.
