Tender Are Invited For Construction and Rehabilitation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Projects in Mohale's Hoek, Thaba-Tseka, Mokhotlong and Mafeteng Districts
1. The Ministry of Natural Resources has received financing from the European Union (EU) through UNICEF (Metsi A Lesotho) toward the cost of the Rural Water Supply Projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and Rehabilitation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Projects in Mohale's Hoek, Thaba-Tseka, Mokhotlong and Mafeteng Districts.
2. The Ministry of Natural Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders of DRWS Category A and B to submit tenders for Construction and Rehabilitation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Projects in Mohale's Hoek, Thaba-Tseka, Mokhotlong and Mafeteng Districts.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tender as specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2023.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may inspect the Bidding Document during office hours (09:00 hours to 16:00 hours) at the Department of Rural Water Supply, Railway Station, next to WASCO Offices.
5. The bidding documents in English will be collected from the Department of Rural Water Supply, Railway Station, next to WASCO Offices, Maseru, from Tuesday 24 February to Monday 23 March 2026, at a non-refundable fee of Ml, 500. Payment shall be made to the Accounts Office, DRWS Maseru. Bidders must produce the receipt obtained from the Accounts Office to the Procurement Unit in order to receive the bidding documents.
