Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. UTC . Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Any bid received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives and other attendees at the address below on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. UTC.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the amount of Nine million four hundred thousand (9,400,000) FCFA for lot 1, eleven million eight hundred sixty thousand (11,860,000) FCFA for lot 2, four million four hundred thousand (4,400,000) FCFA for lot 3 and eleven million seven hundred seventy-two thousand (11,772,000) FCFA for lot 4.
