the Democratic Republic of the Congo Has Received a Loan of 190,000,000 Units of Account From the African Development Bank Group (afdb) for the Financing of the Project to Support the Development of Value Chains in Support of the Agricultural Transformation Program "padcv-pta", and Intends to Use Part of the Resources Granted Under This Loan to Finance the Contract of An Individual Consultant, Responsible for Rural Infrastructure for the Project Coordination and Management Unit (ucgp) Housed at the Social Fund of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (fsrdc).
