Use: 10 mg/l dry *Staggered delivery 17 pails for 2nd & 3rd quarter; 16pails for 4th quarter *Staggered payment quarterly *Due to uncertain condition of SCWD RE: Suspension of Primewaters Business Permit, this contract might possibly be cancelled. **NOTHING FOLLOWS** Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary PASS/FAIL System as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation of the Republic Act 12009. Otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorship, organization with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stocks belonging to the citizens of the Philippines, or citizens or organizations of the country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to the Republic Act 183 R.A. 183. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened. The bidder with Lowest Calculated Bid LCB shall advance to the post qualification stage in order to finally determine responsiveness of the bid to technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Bid MEAB who was determined as such during the post qualification procedures. A complete set of Bidding Documents maybe purchased by interested Bidders at SCWD Office, 4131 Villa Josefina Subdivision, Brgy. Calios, Sta. Cruz, Laguna from March 09, 2026 to March 26, 2026 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM only and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Php7,000.00. The mode of payment shall be in the form of cash. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or his authorized representative. Participating Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes containing the Eligibility Documents for envelope 1 and the Financial Documents for envelope 2. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be OPENED on March 27, 2026, Friday, 10:00AM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the following form: 2% of the ABC-Cash/certified or Cashier or Manager’s check Bank Draft of Irrevocable letter of credit 2% of ABC-Bank Guarantee 5% of the ABC-Surety Bond The SCWD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
