Request for Quotation for Hdpe Pipe
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from eligible, experienced, and reputable firms for the Supply, Transportation, and Installation of HDPE Pipes for its projects.
Issue Date: February 07 March 2026
Submission Deadline: March 17th, 2026 (by COB)
Delivery Point: Gilgit
Below are instructions for the bidders:
Quotations should be valid up to60 days from date of submission of bidding.
2.5% bid security of the total quoted price (in the form of Pay Order/bank draft from a scheduled bank) is mandatory. Quotations without bid security shall be considered non-responsive.
10% Retention Money from payments of bills will be deducted and will be refunded after completion of defect liability period.
All rates should include the cost of items/material at delivery point including transportation.
AKRSP will not bound to offer award to lowest Bidder.
