The subject of this public procurement is construction work. The scope of the contract includes 1) cutting and filling shoulders with crushed stone or milling on both sides - average thickness of 15 cm, width of 75 cm, along with filling, leveling, and proper compaction; 2) cold milling of asphalt surfaces - roadway, average thickness of 5 cm with removal of excavated material up to 1 km away, including payment for storage or disposal of excess material. With an average roadway width of 5.3 m, over a length of 1162 m; 3) performing excavations along with creating a trench of 20 cm depth for the planned driveways; 4) creating a base layer of crushed stone with a top layer of 20 cm thickness at the driveways; 5) constructing a part of the culvert under the driveways with reinforced concrete or PVC pipes Ø 50 cm, along with dismantling the existing culvert and performing earthworks; 6) constructing front walls with broken stone on cement mortar; 7) cleaning and mechanically spraying construction layers with asphalt emulsion; 8) asphalt concrete surface - binding layer - asphalt concrete AC 16 with a thickness of 6 cm - roadway + driveways; 9) asphalt concrete surface - wearing layer, asphalt concrete AC 11 S with a thickness of 4 cm; 10) cleaning the ditch of sludge with sludge thickness up to 20 cm; 11) clearing shrubs and undergrowth with removal of remains. crushed stone, milling, asphalt concrete AC 16, asphalt concrete AC 11 S, reinforced concrete pipes Ø 50 cm, cement mortar, asphalt emulsion

Tenders are invited for Order announcement Construction works Reconstruction of district road No. 3308D in Korytow over a length of 0.99 km 1. name of the task assigned by the contracting authority: "reconstruction of district road No. 3308D in the town of Korytow over a length of 0.99 km" 2. the subject of this public procurement is: construction works 3. the scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) cutting and replenishing the shoulders with crushed aggregate or milling on both sides of the shoulder - average thickness of 15 cm, width of 75 cm along with replenishment, leveling, and appropriate compaction; 2) cold milling of asphalt surfaces - roadway, average thickness of 5 cm with the removal of material up to 1 km away along with the fee for storage or disposal of excess material. with an average roadway width of 5.3 m, over a length of 1162 m; 3) performing excavations along with making a trench of 20 cm deep under the designed driveways; 4) performing a sub-base of crushed aggregate, upper layer thickness of 20 cm on the driveways; 5) performing the flow part of the culvert under the driveways with reinforced concrete or PVC pipes of 50 cm along with dismantling the existing culvert and performing earthworks; 6) performing front walls with broken stone on cement mortar; 7) cleaning and mechanically sprinkling structural layers with asphalt emulsion; 8) surface with asphalt concrete - binding layer - asphalt concrete AC 16 with a thickness of 6 cm - roadway + driveways; 9) surface with asphalt concrete. wearing layer, asphalt concrete AC 11 S with a thickness of 4 cm; 10) cleaning the ditch of silt with a silt thickness of up to 20 cm; 11) clearing shrubs and undergrowth with the removal of remains; 4. a detailed description of the subject of the order specifies: 1) auxiliary cost estimate - attachment No. 11 to the SWZ 2) drawing documentation - attachment No. 12 to the SWZ 5. detailed technical conditions for the execution of works are specified: detailed technical specification (SST) - attachment No. 13 to the SWZ. 6. in each case of using references in the design documentation to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references mentioned in Article 101, paragraph 1, point 2 and paragraph 3 of the PZP Act, the contractor should assume that such references are accompanied by the words "or equivalent." In the case of using references in the design documentation to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described. The contractor, analyzing the design documentation, should assume that each reference used in the design documentation is accompanied by the word "or equivalent." In the case where trademarks are used in the design documentation or technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, it means that they are given as examples and only define the minimum expected quality parameters and required standards. The contractor may use equivalent materials or devices, but with similar or better technical and quality parameters, the use of which in no way negatively affects the proper functioning of the solutions adopted in the design documentation. The contractor who uses equivalent devices or materials will be obliged to demonstrate during the execution of the order that the devices and materials used by him meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority. The use of labels in the design documentation means that the contracting authority accepts all labels confirming that the given construction works, supplies, or services meet the equivalent requirements specified by the contracting authoritys label. In the event that the contractor, for reasons beyond his control, cannot obtain the label specified by the contracting authority or an equivalent label, the contracting authority, within a time frame set by itself, accepts other appropriate substantive evidence, in particular, the manufacturers technical documentation, provided that the contractor proves that the construction works, supplies, or services to be performed by him meet the requirements of the specified label or the specific requirements indicated by the contracting authority. 7. the use in the design documentation of the requirement to have a certificate issued by a conformity assessment body or a report from tests conducted by that body as evidence confirming compliance with the requirements or characteristics specified in the description of the subject of the order, the criteria for evaluating offers, or the conditions for the execution of the order means that the contracting authority also accepts certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies. The contracting authority also accepts other appropriate evidence, in particular, the manufacturers technical documentation, in cases where the contractor does not have access to certificates or test reports, nor the possibility of obtaining them in a timely manner, provided that this lack of access cannot be attributed to the contractor, and on the condition that the contractor proves that the construction works, supplies, or services performed by him meet the requirements, characteristics, or criteria specified in the description of the subject of the order, the criteria for evaluating offers, or the requirements related to the execution of the order. If the description of the subject of the order includes a provision resulting from KNR or KNNR indicating the necessity of using specific equipment with specific parameters in the execution of the order, the contracting authority allows the use of other equipment as long as it ensures the achievement of the assumed design parameters and does not pose a risk of non-compliance of the completed works with the technical documentation. 8. the contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described: * in the detailed technical specification (SST) which is attachment No. 12 to the SWZ; * in the model contract which is attachment No. 10 to the SWZ. 9. the required minimum warranty period is 36 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of the task.
