Tenders Are Invited for Consulting Services, Implementation Consultant (financing of Municipal Infrastructure) Prodia Iii - Financing of Municipal Infrastructure Project:
prodia Iii Aims to Contribute to Poverty Reduction and Improved Living Conditions By Supporting Municipalities in the Provision of Sustainable and Climate-resilient Municipal Infrastructure and Services in Inhambane Province.
requested Consultant Services:
the Consultant is Expected to Conduct the Following Main Tasks, the Ic’s Services Will Include, Inter Alia:
support to the Project Executing Agency and Participating Municipalities in Overall Programme Implementation, Coordination and Management
project Preparation, Including Investigations and Surveys
preparation of Ehs Documents as Well as Development of Technical Concepts and Preliminary Designs
provide Technical Input, Administrative and Managerial Support to the Municipalities in the Process of Preparing Design Documents and Review and Improve the Quality of the Design Documents
preparation and Support of Procurement Processes for Works and Services in Accordance with Kfw Procurement Guidelines, Including Tender Documentation and Bid Evaluation Support
review and Evaluate Contractors’/consultants’ Technical Documentation, Drawings, Designs, Working Schedule, Health and Safety
provide Contract Management Support and Assume the Employer’s Engineer Functions (incl. Full Construction Supervision and Certification Duties) for the Design-build Contracts Under Fidic Yellow Book
conduct Regular On-site Visits for Design and Construction Verification and Validation
technical, Financial and Progress Monitoring of Programme Implementation, Including Reporting to the Pea and Kfw
support in the Application and Monitoring of Environmental and Social Safeguards in Accordance with National Regulations and Kfw Requirements
support on Financial Management, Disbursement Procedures and Cost Control and Management of Disposition Fund
facilitation and Coordination of Capacity-building Measures for Municipal Staff, Including Workshops and On-the-job Support
coordination with Relevant National and Local Stakeholders and Support to Stakeholder Engagement Processes
