Installation of Solar Lights
1.The Barangay Government of San Isidro, through the Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY286,880.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of materials for the Installation of CCTV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Completion of the supply and delivery is required within Seven 7 Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act 9184 RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Government of San Isidro and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only Php 500.00. 5.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 18, 2026 from 8am to 8:59 am at Barangay San Isidro Multipurpose Hall Phase 1, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 6. Bidding will be at Session Hall, Multipurpose Hall Phase 1, Barangay San Isidro, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro on March 18, 2026 at 9:00 am. 7. The Barangay Government of San Isidro reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 8.
