Tenders Are Invited for metering replacement program of the barbados water authority (bwa)
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Preparation Grant for the Caribbean Water Security and Sector Efficiency Multi-Phased Approach (MPA) Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting BWA in preparing a phased, technically sound, and financially viable Flow and Pressure Metering Plan, including a replacement approach, aligned with international best practices. The program should cover the assessment of current infrastructure, evaluation of appropriate technologies, definition of specifications, integration considerations, and preparation of procurement documents. This consultancy is for approximately 16 weeks, which is expected to start in May 2026.
The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the primary procurement stage for the assignment are attached to this request for expressions of interest.
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre now invites eligible Consulting Firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
