Tenders Are Invited for Supply, Delivery And Testing Of Single Beam Echosounder Including Accessories To Maritime Operations Department, Jabatan Naut Malaysia, Sarawak Region
CLOSING DATE FOR QUOTATION:
16 MARCH 2026 (MONDAY) before 12:00 NOON
Quotation documents will only be submitted to the owner or his representative who is authorized in writing by the Owner/Partner/Director of the Company. The owner or his representative must submit the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF CONTRACTOR AND CONSULTANT REGISTRATION UNIT (UPKJ), ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION OF BUMIPUTERA STATUS (if applicable) and LETTER OF POWER OF ATTORNEY (if applicable) before the quotation documents are submitted.
Sample quotation documents can be reviewed and quotation documents can be obtained for RM 50 from 10 MARCH 2026 TO
16 MARCH 2026 during office hours at the address DEPARTMENT OF MARINE SARAWAK (PROCUREMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SUB-UNIT) LOT 683, SECTION 66, MAIN STREET, TANAH PUTEH, 93619 KUCHING SARAWAK.
4. Quotation documents must be personally inserted by the owner or his representative into the TENDER BOX using a SEALABLE ENVELOPE with the QUOTE NUMBER and TITLE written on it. Quotation documents must be submitted no later than BEFORE 12:00 NOON on the closing date at the address below
