Tenders Are Invited for Rental Service of Two (2) Units of Facsimile Machines and Two (2) Units of Copier Machines for Thirty-six (36) Months for the Head Office of the Marine Department of Malaysia, Sarawak Region and the Mukah Marine Office
Quotation documents will only be submitted to the owner or his representative who is authorized in writing by the Owner/Partner/Director of the Company. The owner or his representative must submit the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF CONTRACTOR AND CONSULTANT REGISTRATION UNIT (UPKJ), ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION OF BUMIPUTERA STATUS (if applicable) and LETTER OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
(if applicable) before the quotation documents are submitted.
Sample quotation documents can be reviewed and quotation documents can be obtained for RM 50 from 10 MARCH 2026 TO 16 MARCH 2026 during office hours at the address SARAWAK MARINE DEPARTMENT (ASSET PROCUREMENT AND MANAGEMENT SUB-UNIT) LOT
683, SECTION 66, MAIN STREET, TANAH PUTEH, 93619 KUCHING SARAWAK.
4. The quotation document must be placed in person by the owner or his representative into the TENDER BOX using a SEALABLE ENVELOPE and must bear the QUOTE NUMBER and TITLE.
