Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Brand New Backhoe
INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu, through its Bids and Awards Committee BAC, invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects: Particulars : Supply and Delivery of One 1 Unit Brand New Backhoe ABC : Php 4,600,000.00 Bidders Fee : Php 5,000.00 Purpose : To be used for road opening and other LGU-Alcoy projects Funding Source : Mayors Office Capital Outlay-Construction and Heavy equipment Place of delivery : Municipality of Alcoy Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within the last two 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment owned, leased or under purchase available for the prosecution of the projects. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of bids shall also be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR. Approval of Resolution/Issuance of Notice of Award April 7, 2026 7. Contract Preparation and Signing April 8, 2026 8. Issuance of Notice to Proceed April 10, 2026 Bid documents will be available only to the prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only Php 5,000.00 to the Cash Receipts Divisions, Office of the Treasurer. The Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. SGD NEILO N.
