Expression of interest for : Individual Consultant Responsible for Conducting the Impact Assessment of the Patareb Project
The Government of the Republic of Burundi has received a grant from the African Development Bank Group to
cover the cost of the Project to Support the Transformation of Agriculture in the Bugesera Natural Region (PATAREB) and
intends to use part of the funds allocated under this grant to finance the contract of an individual consultant
responsible for evaluating the impact of the Project.
2. The services to be provided under this contract are: (i) to assess the level of effectiveness and quality of implementation of the
project with regard to expected output indicators, (ii) to measure the results, effects, and socioeconomic impact of the achievements and other activities on the lives of the populations affected by the project and on
the environment, and (iii) to prepare the completion report.
3. The Project Management Unit (PMU) invites interested individual consultants to submit their applications
to provide the services described above. Interested consultants must provide information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the service (documentation, references for similar services, experience in comparable assignments, certificates of service rendered, certificates obtained, certificates of completion, etc.).
