Tenders are invited for Granting of a concession for the operation of a newsstand in the buildings of the court of justice of the european union
The Court of Justice of the EU is seeking a concessionaire for a press point on its site in Luxembourg for an initial duration of 3 years, which can be tacitly extended a maximum of 2 times, each time for 3 years. The estimated value excluding VAT of the contract is based on the estimated turnover of the newsstand over the maximum duration of the concession (9 years). The premises provided have a current area of approximately 45 m² and will likely be expanded to 68 m². The contract documents will be published with the contract notice and will include, in particular, the technical specifications, the layout of the premises, and the concession contract model.
