Tenders Are Invited for cleaning services for its schools at a European level
Description :? The Rotterdam Association for Catholic Education (RVKO) is tendering the cleaning services for its schools at a European level. The contract covers the daily and periodic cleaning of educational and support locations, including floor maintenance, window cleaning (inside and outside), occasional facade cleaning, and, for some locations, the supply of sanitary articles. The RVKO aims for professional, reliable, and sustainable service provision with demonstrable quality in accordance with the VSR methodology and KPIs, clear communication structures, careful transition, and flexibility regarding changes in the size and participation of schools. At the start, 27 schools are participating in the agreement; during the term, other RVKO schools may join, up to a maximum of 65 schools. The estimated maximum contract value amounts to €22.42 million excluding VAT over a term of four years, with an option for a four-year extension.
