Tenders Are Invited for Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Description :? It is important that VfPf's services align with the wishes of its customers. Based on these wishes and insight into the level of satisfaction with the services provided, the quality of service can be further improved. Therefore, continuous insight into customer experience is desirable. Measuring customer experience is not only a thermometer to gain insight into the appreciation of service, but also an instrument to improve service and work towards a higher rating. The results of customer satisfaction surveys (CSSs) should stimulate customer-oriented thinking and acting among VfPf employees. Since 2022, VfPf has been conducting CSSs to gain insight into customer experience. These are mostly continuous surveys aimed at improving or developing a specific service. This is a public contract with an estimated value of € 600,000 excluding VAT and a duration of 6 years. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
