Tenders Are Invited for Performing audit assignments for Internal Audit
Description :? Invest-NL wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a single contractor for the execution of internal audit engagements for the Internal Audit function. The contractor will perform audits based on the audit plan established by Invest-NL and will provide specialist audit expertise on, among other things, financial processes, investment processes, information security and supporting business processes. The activities include, among other things, conducting audits, reporting findings and recommendations, and assisting with the follow-up of audit findings. The services will be performed on an on-demand basis during the term of the framework agreement. The assignment concerns the execution of internal audit engagements for the Internal Audit function of Invest-NL. The services will be performed on an on-demand basis based on the audit plan established by Invest-NL. Invest-NL assumes an average of approximately four (4) internal audits per year, with an estimated commitment of approximately 100 to 130 hours per audit, depending on the nature and complexity of the assignment. The estimated assignment value for the initial term of two (2) years amounts to approximately € 400,000 to € 700,000 (excluding VAT). The maximum contract value over the total duration of the framework agreement amounts to € 700,000 (excluding VAT). The framework agreement is concluded with one contractor for an initial term of two (2) years, with the possibility of extending it twice for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1).
