Tenders are invited for Npú, in libochovice – renovation of roofs, trusses, ceilings, and the saturn hall including facilities – iii. and iv. stage
The subject of the public contract is the repair of the roof and ceilings above the 3rd floor of the southern and eastern wings of the main castle building in Libochovice, as per the project documentation. It primarily involves construction modifications including the reconstruction of the roof structure - the restoration of the trusses, replacement of the roofing, renewal of all chimneys and plumbing elements; further repair of the crown cornice and ceiling structures of the 3rd floor. The work also includes related restoration work, especially work on securing and subsequently restoring the ceiling underlays, and professional craft reconstruction of the ceiling decorations, which will be removed and newly reconstructed. The work in the background of the Saturn Hall consists of building sanitary facilities and adapting adjacent spaces on the 2nd floor of the southern wing for its technical and operational infrastructure. New electrical installations, heating, and air conditioning will be carried out, wall and ceiling surfaces will be restored, and floors and openings will be refurbished. The restoration of the interior of the Saturn Hall primarily includes the restoration of stucco, stone sculpture, and wood carving decorations on the walls and ceilings, as well as professional refurbishment of the floor and openings.
