The Government of Saint Lucia is seeking a qualified professional to provide consultancy services as a
Monitoring, Reporting, and Communications (MRC) Consultant under the project “Preparation of
the National Inventory of Banks of Used and Unwanted Controlled Substances and a National Plan for
their Management in Saint Lucia”.
The primary objective of this consultancy is to support the monitoring, reporting, stakeholder engagement,
awareness raising, and communications components of the project. The Monitoring, Reporting, and
Communications (MRC) Consultant will work closely with the National Ozone Unit (NOU) to facilitate
stakeholder and consultations, develop of awareness raising material and support information exchange
activities that enable effective data collection and stakeholder participation. In addition, the Consultant will be responsible for ensuring timely project monitoring and reporting.
