Tenders Are Invited for Development Project of the Land Located East of Zao Gang River, South Side of Yunhe Road, West Side of Hengshan Road, and North of the Second West Branch of Zao Gang River.
The project adds 56,370 square meters of land area and 138,100 square meters of total building area, including 84,555 square meters above ground and 53,545 square meters underground. This includes 9 unfinished residential buildings, commercial space, and underground parking, with a building area of ??81,059 square meters and an investment of 895.78 million yuan; 11 fully furnished residential buildings, with a building area of ??55,711 square meters and an investment of 715.61 million yuan; and public facilities and other supporting facilities (environment, greening, roads, on-street parking, and water, electricity, gas, etc.), with a building area of ??1,330 square meters and an investment of 68.61 million yuan. Supporting projects will be implemented simultaneously.
2.1.3 Estimated Contract Price: RMB 999,082,100 (of which the maximum bid limit for design fees is RMB 29,988,600 , the maximum bid limit for procurement and construction costs is RMB 951,093,500 , and the provisional sum is RMB 18,000,000 )
The deadline for submission of bid documents (hereinafter referred to as the bid deadline ) is 09:30 on April 21, 2026. Bidders shall submit their bid documents by logging into the " Electronic Bidding and Tendering Transaction Platform" before the deadline.
