Tenders Are Invited for Ea Multifunctionals
The assignment includes: - The installation, connection, and commissioning of the Multifunctionals; - The provision of service and maintenance for the Multifunctionals; - The provision and keeping the software for the Multifunctionals up to date; - The supply of consumables for the Multifunctionals; - Ongoing advice regarding the Multifunctionals; - Ongoing instruction of the end users and administrators of the Multifunctionals. Optionally included in the assignment: - The supply of paper (no purchase obligation). This concerns a Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: Takeover Agreement) with an initial term of three (3) years. After this period, the Client has the option to extend the Agreement three (3) times for one year by exercising option years. The maximum term is therefore six (6) years. The Agreement expires after the end of the contract years (initially either after exercising option years) or after reaching the maximum contract value of € 2,700,000.
