Tenders Are Invited for Acquisition of a Solution for Mapping Industrial Units, Zones, and Industrial Parks, Training of Management Staff on the Tool, and Conducting a Test in a Pilot Area.
the Guinean Government Has Obtained a Loan From the African Development Bank (adb) Amounting to 10.64 Million Units of Account, to Finance the Implementation of the Project to Support Industrial Development and the Resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (padirpme), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Authorized Payments Under the Contract for the Acquisition of a Solution for Mapping Industrial Units, Industrial Zones and Parks, Training Management Staff on the Tool, and Conducting a Test in a Pilot Area.
for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Banks Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
