General notice for procurement : Preparation Project for Financing the Activities of a Blue Economy Project
the Government of the Republic of Guinea Has Requested and Obtained Financial Support From the African Development Bank to Finance the Preparation Project for the Financing of Activities of a Blue Economy Project (ppf-blue Economy).
the General Objective of the Project is to Prepare the Investment Plan in the Blue Economy Sector to Further Engage the Potential of Guineas Oceanic, Coastal, and Inland Water Resources in Transforming the National Economy, Diversifying the Pillars of Growth, and Reducing Poverty.
Agreement with the FAO for Technical Assistance to Project Preparation Studies (CASUEB; PNIED; PAPEB and Institutional Strengthening)
Agreement with AGUIPE for training (incubation by AGUIPE)
Recruitment of a consulting firm for the accounting and financial audit of the project (2026 and 2027), including the closing audit.
