Acceptance of Offers: Kopu in the Cadastral Area of Zhor Near Tabor the Subject of This Public Contract is the Preparation of a Proposal for Comprehensive Land Adjustments (hereinafter Referred to as "kopu") in the Cadastral Area of Zhor Near Tabor, Including the Necessary Geodetic Work in the Accuracy Class Designated for the Restoration of the Real Estate Cadastre According to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the Cadastre of Real Estate (cadastral Decree), as Amended. the Entire Cadastral Area of the Municipality of Zhor Near Tabor, Excluding the Built-up Area of the Municipality, Will Be Included in the Scope of the Comprehensive Land Adjustment. the Estimated Area of the Kopu Scope is 425 Ha, of Which 376 Ha is the Addressed Area According to Ss2 and 49 Ha is the Unaddressed Area According to Ss2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on Land Adjustments and Land Offices and on the Amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the Adjustment of Ownership Relations to Land and Other Agricultural Property, as Amended.
