Tenders Are Invited for Postal and Parcel Services 2026-2030
Description :? The Municipality of Veenendaal procures postal services. The current agreement expires on June 30, 2026, creating a need for a Contractor to provide postal services for the Municipality of Veenendaal starting July 1, 2026. Postal services consist of the following components: • Collection and delivery of daily mail; • Letterbox mail delivery both within and outside the municipality; • Delivery of incoming mail (including post boxes and reply numbers); • Provision of equipment for the dispatch and transport of mail items; • International letterbox mail delivery (occurs sporadically); • Parcel post (occurs sporadically); • Registered mail.
