Rfp - provision of Solar Power Solution to the Central Bank of Liberia Hubs in Gbarnga (Bong County),
The CBL seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Solar Power Solution Provider to design,
supply, install, test, and commission a reliable and sustainable solar PV system for the abovementioned hubs. (RFP No.: CBL/RFP/05/2026).
This initiative aims to ensure uninterrupted power supply to support critical banking operations
and enhance operational resilience. The project also aligns with Liberia’s renewable energy
objectives and demonstrates the Bank’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally
responsible energy solutions.
Accordingly, interested eligible bidders may obtain further information, and pick up the
solicitation document from the General Support Services Department (GSSD), 7th Floor, Central
Bank of Liberia, Lynch & Ashmun Streets beginning Friday, March 6, 2026.
Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Procurement Section on the 7th floor of the CBL Head
Office no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, April 6, 2026, in hard copies and also electronically to
procurement@cbl.org.lr. Electronic submissions must be protected by passwords. Late proposals
will be rejected and returned unopened. This request for proposal (RFP) can also be accessed on
the CBL’s website (www.cbl.org.lr).
