energyco Invites Qualified Organisations to Register Interest in the Procurement Process for a Design and Construct Contract to Design and Build the Newcastle Logistics Precinct.
key Features of the Project Scope Include the Design and Construction of the Following:
hardstand and Internal Roads Used for the Unloading, Loading and Storage of Materials and Equipment for Renewable Energy Projects;
associated Stormwater Drainage to Manage Surface Flows and Water Quality Across and Around Impervious Surfaces;
site Access Road and Crossings Over Existing Stormwater Channels, for the Provision of Access and Egress From the Hardstand Area;
internal Roads, Staff Amenity Buildings, Carpark and Other Ancillary Infrastructure to Facilitate Operation of the Project; And
utility Adjustments and Provisions Within the Project Area.
