Tenders are invited for Senior home javorník - new building kobylá nad vidnavkou
The subject of the public procurement is the reconstruction of the existing main building of the senior home and the construction of two new pavilions and economic facilities in the area of the senior home Javorník, a contributory organization. The subject of the public procurement is further specified in the business and payment conditions (Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation and Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation) and project documentation and a list of construction works, supplies, and services with a bill of quantities (hereinafter referred to as the list of works), (Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation). The subject of the public procurement will be implemented using the building information modeling method (hereinafter referred to as BIM). The requirements of the contracting authority related to BIM are specified in the BIM protocol, including the annexes that form part of the procurement documentation (Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation).
