Tenders Are Invited for Carrying Out Tree Safety Checks and Tree Pruning 2026-2029
The Municipality of Den Helder intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the execution of tree safety inspections and the pruning of trees in various districts in the Municipality of Den Helder during the period 2026-2029. This assignment consists mainly of: a. Performing tree safety inspections (BVCs); b. Processing data in the management system; c. Performing formative pruning of trees; d. Performing maintenance pruning of trees; e. Performing specific pruning; f. Implementing traffic measures. The work will be carried out on trees with a height of more than 6.0 meters. Specific pruning of trees with a height of less than 6.0 meters is not part of this agreement. Pollarded trees, regardless of height, fall under this framework agreement. Pollarded trees are understood to mean trees that are pollarded periodically according to a fixed pollarding management regime. The estimated value over the entire duration, including option possibilities, is approximately 1.2 million euros.
