Expression of interest for Development of a Plan to Restructure and Strengthen Human Resources in Trades, Road Maintenance, Mining and Railway Management Personnel
the Main Tasks of the Mission Are:
establish a Diagnosis of the Existing Situation in Terms of Availability of Management Human Resources, Their Technical Competence, the Coherence of the Assigned Tasks, Their Management and Organization, Etc.
conduct a Needs Assessment in Terms of Management and Training Personnel to Meet the Cerfer Transformation Challenge;
propose Scenarios for Restructuring Management Staff to Meet the Vision of the Center;
develop a Capacity Building Plan to Improve the Effectiveness of Management Staff;
conduct Benchmarking at the Regional Or International Level with a View to Offering Restructuring and Capacity Building Centers to Administrative and Management Staff;
implement the Restructuring and Capacity Building Plan Developed.
