General Procurement Notice For: Strengthening Senegal’s Fiscal Sustainability Program
project Id: P510613
The Government of the Republic of Senegal has received funding in the amount of one hundred and fifteen million (115,000,000) dollars from the World Bank for the Program to Strengthen the Budget Sustainability of Senegal (SEN-FISCALE) and intends to use part of these funds for the payment of Goods, Works, Services Other than Consultant Services and Consultant Services to be acquired under this project.
The Programme will strengthen Senegal's fiscal sustainability through improved debt sustainability, sound public financial management and increased mobilization of domestic resources, which will enable these objectives to be achieved through the main activities grouped around three (03) result areas below:
DR 1: Strengthening public finance management;
DR 2: Improving debt sustainability;
DR 3: Increased mobilization of domestic resources.
The goods, works, services other than consulting services and consulting services to be acquired through Open Tenders or open competition, at the international level, concern the following areas:
CONSULTING SERVICES
Selection of an Independent Audit Agent
The World Bank-financed contracts will be awarded in accordance with the Procurement Regulations for Borrowers under Investment Project Financing (IPF) of September 2025 and are open to all eligible applicants as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The initial procurement plan approved during negotiations has been published on the World Bank's external website, and subsequent revisions will also be published there.
Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to an international open tender will be announced, as soon as they are available, online, on the World Bank's external website and in a nationally circulated newspaper in Senegal.
