Tenders Are Invited for Provide Technical Services Framework Agreements
OQ S.A.O.C. ('OQ') invites ‘Tenderer’ to Tender for the Work or Services in accordance with the
terms and conditions set down in the Tender Documents, on behalf of OQ Refineries and
Petroleum Industries L.L.C., ('the Company'). The Contract(s) will be signed between the
Company(ies) and the Contractor. If you are a successful Tenderer, you shall be required to enter
into a Contract in accordance with the Form of Agreement.
