the Government of the Republic of Niger Has Requested Funding From the African Water Facility Through the African Development Bank (afdb) to Cover the Cost of the Project to Support Resilient Drinking Water and Sanitation Services to Climate Change in Niamey and Tillabéry (pasepa) and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under This Grant to Finance the Consulting Service Contract for Conducting a Study on the Assessment of Hydro-climatic Vulnerability and the Development of Resilience and Adaptation Plans to Climate Change, Integrating Gender, in the Urban Aepa Subsector.
