Tenders Are Invited for Simon Koopmanstraat, Renovation of Sewerage and Redevelopment of Ground Level
Description :? The existing sewer on Simon Koopmanstraat must be replaced by a separate system (wastewater and rainwater drainage) over approximately 1,500 meters. Furthermore, the road must be configured for a 30 km/h speed limit with bicycle lanes. The surface of the carriageway, bicycle lanes, and sidewalks consists largely of paving bricks and tiles. The assignment consists of three parts: 1. Creating an execution design (hereinafter referred to as UO) based on the established definitive design (hereinafter referred to as: DO); 2. Optimizing the UO, the associated bill of quantities, execution schedule, open budget, and submitting a final offer. 3. After acceptance of the offer, carrying out the works in accordance with the own offer.
