Tenders are invited for the Lease of Public Areas

Initial rent amount for season: 920.00 euros.
B. HANDMADE, EXHIBITION AND SALE OF ARTISTIC PAINTINGS, ETC.
01. Mobile stand for making, displaying and selling paintings
Location: St. Dominic's - Triangle next to the church of St. Annunciation, wall next to the church
Occupied area: up to 3.00 m2
Initial rent amount for season: 7,475.00 euros.
02. Mobile stand for making, displaying and selling paintings
Location: St. Dominic's - Triangle next to the church of the Holy Annunciation, wall facing east
Occupied area: up to 3.00 m2

Bids must be received at the specified address, regardless of the method of delivery (in person at the office or by mail), by April 7th. 2026 (Tuesday) until 12:00 p.m., or submitted directly to the Commission before the opening of bids on April 7, 2026, between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
All bids must be recorded in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Office Operations, before the opening of bids begins.
The public opening of bids will be held at the City Hall, Pred Dvorom 1, on April 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
