Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :It is proposed to build a household sewage network, gravity type, with a total length of 7135.00 ml, which will be located on the streets of movileni commune, bacea village. the domestic sewage network will be composed of pipes and ancillary constructions located on them, having the role of collecting and transporting domestic waste water to the existing treatment plant. pipe materials will be pvc-kg, sn 8 for gravity sewer pipes with a diameter of dn 250 mm. the sewage pipes will be located between the embankment and the ditch or, as far as possible, in the space adjacent to the road, depending on the available space, the category of the road, as well as the other existing utilities. the hydraulic calculation of the sewer networks took into account the slopes of the land in the area, the roughness coefficient of the used sewer pipes and the provisions of stas 3051/91. the dimensioning took into account the observance of the minimum self-cleaning speed of 0.7 m/sec and the max. allowed of 3.0 m/sec. for sewerage, pvc pipes will be used, provided with a joint plug and a rubber ring for sealing. along the network, 205 inspection stations were provided according to stas 2448/82 located in the alignment areas as well as at each intersection or change of direction in its horizontal or vertical plane. on the route of the sewerage networks, manholes made of prefabricated plain concrete tubes according to stas 2448, with or without a working chamber, depending on the depth with working chamber dn 1000 mm were provided. the concrete tubes for fireplaces will be placed on the base of the fireplace, which will be prefabricated from concrete and will include the connection holes to the fireplace provided with a rubber gasket for sealing. the chimneys will be covered with a cast iron frame and cover, roadworthy, which can support a load of 400 kn and which will have an anti-burglary and anti-noise system and will be fixed on a reinforced concrete support. visitor booths will be located on the sewer networks at a maximum distance of 60 m in a straight line, at changes of direction and at intersections, they will have a depth of h = 1.5÷4 m. on the county road, communal roads and modernized asphalted streets, undercrossings have been provided through horizontal drilling for pvc pipes, in protective tube from ol. the under-crossing of communication routes, roads, water courses will be carried out by conducting directed drilling with special drilling installations. road undercrossings will be placed at a depth of at least 1.50 m from the road axis and will be executed by horizontal drilling in the ol protection tube, sealed at the ends. all categories of works to be executed are described in detail in s.f. prepared by s.c. dream investment project s.r.l, an integral part of the award documentation, where all objects and categories of works are clearly highlighted, based on which the bidder will prepare the technical offer, the price lists and the financial offer. the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 10. the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 6th day before the deadline for submitting offers
